Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure the device is securely packed in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt.
